ASSESSMENT
Many companies see the benefits of testing job candidates without stopping to think about the differences between tests. Most assume that an off-the-shelf test is the cheapest, quickest alternative. Validation links test scores to actual on-the-job performance. CMI’s process starts with tailoring the items and scoring of our tests to your organization. Then, a sample of incumbent employees take the test and their supervisors complete a short performance evaluation. Our proprietary statistical routines can be completed in just a few days. This whole valuable process can take just a few weeks!
