CMI's "Team Effectiveness and Impact Instrument (TEI2)" provides an efficient means of obtaining quantitative information on the skill/competency profiles of its work teams (teams in the broadest sense, i.e., project teams, product development teams, functional teams, etc.) without compromising the ability to accurately assess teams at varying stages of development. This information serves to assist the team in self-assessment and action planning.
